Erm... I wouldn't call that "enough".
True enough, especially when you see and compare a team like
EWL.
Well, since you are a relative new user but neither I am the
pioneer of it, and hence I shall say how EWL goes:
1: The Soon announced a sector on Pasir Ris - Simei route on
2009 or so but without downloads
1a: Veyron created a section on Clementi - Commonwealth on 2010
Feb with the help from joeyfjj and flip
2: Soon after, I have created a section on Bedok - Aljunied due
to advanced configuration on 2010 March with the help from some
developers such as joeyfjj
3: Soon after 2nd, The Soon long time no download released a
first Pasir Ris - Simei and ended his development
4: Veyron extends his route to Queenstown while I extends Bedok
to Pasir Ris after Willis, the CGL developer extends his CGL from
Expo to Tanah Merah. Right after the Pasir Ris - Bedok sector
completes, I extended it to Bugis. Meanwhile, I added yongjianrong
as my co-developer when I extend the route to Pasir Ris and Bugis
who did help out in check and errors etc.
4a: The Soon contacted me by helping me providing the station
objects / destos. They are currently in use in the underground
stations while the above ground ones are kept in spare until I
refurbish the stations into better than generic station one.
4b: While constructing Bugis sector, SBS9213S requested and
granted by me, to be a co-developer. Before this, the rule has
changed that co-developer will not become a moderator anymore.
4c: Veyron expressed his intention to merge EB & WB as one
team and I gladly did so.
4d: After SBS9213S, in one fine day, I got 2 requests to become
EWL co-developer. They are Bryan and TIB589B.
5: By somewhere end of June 2010, I officially released a PSR -
BGS as a preview version as 3 months no release.
6: Since then, there are various updates for a short while
including Redhill extension from Queenstown (EB) and a TIB - JKN
sector was completed. But I was busy dealing with endless
assignments / projects and such, I cant do much for long time and
soon EWL development seemed dead. There is some difficulty for me
to ask for development progress right now.
7: Right now, I am doing Tanjong Pagar - Tiong Bharu sector when
by somewhere in November 2010, I have extended Bugis to Tanjong
Pagar including the Raffles Place crossover / City Hall - Raffles
Place tunneling.
Well, it simply means that EWL is oversized without much
proudctivity all the while and hence I dont see a need to add more
people on a smaller scale line NEL.
